Payment Policy – Soft Consultants
At Soft Consultants, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable process for all students applying to study abroad through our platform. The following payment policy outlines the structure of application fees, registration charges, management services, and tuition-related terms—specifically focused on study programs in China, and applicable general policies for other countries as well.
1. Application & Registration Fee (Initial Charges)
To initiate the admission process, students are required to pay the following non-refundable charges:
- Application Fee: Ranges between 800 RMB – 1500 RMB, depending on the selected university in China.
- University Registration Fee: Ranges between 400 RMB – 800 RMB, depending on university requirements.
✅ Note: Both application and registration fees must be paid together at the time of application submission along with scanned educational documents and a valid passport copy.
Refund Clause:
- If Soft Consultants is unable to provide the initial acceptance letter or pre-admission letter issued by the university, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the student withdraws, delays, or changes their mind after payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Management & Admission Charges
Once the student’s initial acceptance is confirmed, we begin the JW202 (China) or offer letter (other countries) process. After receiving the visa approval or a stamped visa on the passport:
- Students are required to clear the management and admission charges as mentioned in their agreed fee package.
- These charges can be paid in Pakistan or the destination country, depending on the latest embassy/university policies and Soft Consultants’ instructions.
3. Tuition Fee
- The tuition fee is paid directly to the university, either upon arrival or according to the university’s pre-arrival policy.
- Soft Consultants does not collect tuition fees on behalf of the university unless officially authorized in writing.
Important:
- Tuition fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If a refund is requested, students must follow the university’s official tuition refund policy.
- Soft Consultants is not responsible for tuition-related disputes or refunds.
4. Hostel / Dormitory Fee
- Hostel accommodation is usually mandatory for international students in Chinese universities.
- The hostel fee ranges between 4000 RMB – 10,000 RMB per year, depending on the university and room type.
- Students are required to pay this fee directly to the university upon arrival or as instructed.
❌ Soft Consultants is not responsible for hostel fee policies or refunds. All regulations are governed by the respective university.
5. Other Country-Specific Notes
For countries such as the UK, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, and Spain, the fee structures and refund policies vary depending on the university and embassy requirements. Students will be informed in advance about:
- Application charges (if any)
- Embassy submission support
- Document translation/legalization costs
- University-specific tuition and accommodation rules
All payments made toward these processes will follow the same principle:
🔒 Non-refundable if the student changes their decision after initiating the process.
